Design internship roles with F500, Mid Sized Companies, etc
⭐ Bonus tip when applying these roles:
LinkedIn’s new “Top Choice” feature allows LinkedIn Premium users to mark specific jobs as their top-priority choice of internship when applying, and this allows recruiters to see applicant’s heightened interest in the position.
Here are some key points about the “Top Choice” feature:
Exclusive to Premium: Only LinkedIn Premium subscribers have access to this feature
Limited Selections: Users can select up to three “Top Choice” jobs each month
Visible to Recruiters: A badge appears on applications marked as “top choice”, alerting recruiters to the user’s special interest in the role.

Project Spotlight: CareerNow update

An update on CareerNow’s progress!
One of my goals for CareerNow, ever since the launch in the middle of August this year, was to reach 50,000 subscribers within 6 months. It was originally 10,000 until you all absolutely exceeded that by the first month. At that point, I knew I wanted to set a more ambitious goal for CareerNow: 50k.
Writing this down is also a source of manifestation for me, as I’m also using these updates about CareerNow as a way to push and motivate myself to reach that goal for the community. I still can’t believe we’re now at 20,000 subscribers at around the 3 month mark, and I’m currently in the works of another resource that I’m sure will be able to help more students!
How are you growing the project?
While I’m focusing on LinkedIn as my predominant social media marketing channel, I’m planning on gradually working on social media channels like Instagram and Tiktok to reach more students. This might lead to less issues being published every month - from 8 issues to 5-6 issues a month. I’m still playing with the balance of how CareerNow works in my life, and I don’t ever want to burn out from working on such an amazing project that I know is making an impact for so many others.
Whether its the social media marketing side or newsletter content work via these updates within these issues, I will also include more progress about CareerNow through these issues because I want to keep the community informed on my progress. CareerNow wouldn’t be here without your support.
Want to share CareerNow as a resource to your friends to help CareerNow reach its goal of 50,000 subscribers within 6 months?

While major brands like Nike and Adidas have been slow to fulfill promises of 3D-printed sneakers, smaller brands are driving innovation. Companies like Zellerfeld, Hilos, and Koobz are leveraging 3D printing to create custom, efficient, and sustainable footwear. Unlike traditional manufacturing, 3D printing enables bespoke designs and faster production, with companies like Zellerfeld producing highly personalized shoes through advanced FDM printers.
Despite initial challenges, such as high production costs and consumer hesitancy, advances in material science and AI are transforming footwear. Experts predict a shift toward local, on-demand manufacturing, positioning 3D printing as the future of footwear. Read more HERE from the WIRED.
