CareerNow is a newsletter that I (Arlina) wanted to make to help others in their early career journey. I never expected the Notion page with early career programs that I made in around a week to take off the way it did.
I knew there was never a full list of these programs, because I could never find it. So I wanted to make this page so that other students would also benefit from knowing about these programs.

Multiversity launches generative AI University Assistant tool
Bain & Company is supporting initiatives to leverage OpenAI technology to provide a better learning experience for students across the world
Multiversity, the largest university and education group in Italy and the second in Europe, has launched an AI University Assistant tool to enhance student learning and interaction with professors. This tool, exclusively trained on course content selected by professors, offers 24/7 support, helping students understand complex concepts and providing instant feedback.
McKinsey partners with food system that drives over $65 million to small restaurants
Matt Jozwiak, a former chef troubled by food waste in fine dining, founded Rethink Food in 2017 to address food insecurity by rescuing excess food and supporting local communities.
Rethink Food, based in NYC, has donated over 24 million meals and rescued 2.4 million pounds of food. The organization evolved from food rescue to providing grants to local restaurants to prepare culturally appropriate meals for community centers and shelters.
A McKinsey study supported Rethink's decentralized model, showing it creates more local jobs and supports minority-owned businesses. The study's findings have helped Rethink secure $65 million in contracts to expand its impact.
